I was introduced to the Sandler methodology when I opened my business. Sandler came highly recommended as a sales process because of how it embraced a core philosophy of mine "setting and managing expectations". I've found life, in general, is all about setting expectations, be it for co-workers, your children, your spouse and particularly your customers and sales prospects. The Sandler process adopts this though "Up-Front Contracts". A simple act of setting the stage for what's about to happen and just being sure that's the path that's followed.
