Tyler Wruck has been successfully selling and leading for over 8 years since graduating college. The first portion of his professional career was spent leading a team for one of the largest staffing and recruiting companies in the world. As an Account Manager, Tyler led his region in New Account Revenue Growth in his first year and consistently performed as a sales leader. Most recently, Tyler spent over three years leading the new revenue growth and customer acquisition charge in the manufacturing industry. He sold and managed a $15,000,000 territory and consistently achieved double-digit growth each year.
After going through the Sandler Training program, implementing what he learned into his professional and personal life, and realizing the positive impact Sandler had on every aspect, it became clear he wanted to make Sandler Training his life’s work. The two reasons for wanting to make Sandler his career is that it will allow him to constantly be improving upon himself, but more importantly, being able to give back and help create a positive impact on other people’s lives each and every day.
Tyler graduated with a Business Administration degree emphasizing Management and Finance from Bemidji State University where he played college basketball. His athletic background helped develop his strong work ethic and winning attitude which now serves him well in professional selling and leadership. He lives in South Minneapolis and during his free time he likes to take his competitive nature to the golf course as much as possible. Tyler compares golf to selling, in the sense that you always have something you can improve.
