I found Sandler to be a very professional sales training that is a perfect example compared to other "sales trainings" to offer a process, but also allow for each individual to adapt to different personalities, get out of the training what you, as an individual, put into it, and offered various options and solution to help you improve. Not everyone is the same personality type, learns the same, or has the same comfort level. Encouraging interaction is a key to any training, especially with Sandler, to allow you to integrate it and be successful and for the program to help you. Basics, like having confidence, being fearless, asking open-ended questions, listening, and managing the sales process from individual conversations to where you are in the "process", are all key to successful sales cycle and this training can get you there.
