I found Sandler to be a very professional sales training that is a perfect example compared to other "sales trainings" to offer a process, but also allow for each individual to adapt to different personalities, get out of the training what you, as an individual, put into it, and offered various options and solution to help you improve. Not everyone is the same personality type, learns the same, or has the same comfort level.
